Ta Da! My new segment called…drum roll please…What Phat Chow Chows!

Because I know you’re walking by me thinking, “Who is that foxy thing and how’d she get so foxy!?!”

In response to that extremely insightful and telepathically recepted question, HERE’S what foxy Phat Chow chowed down on today! (3 times fast?)

 

Mon dejeuner

 

 

 

Tu-mento Sandwich a la Carrots, Tortilla Chips, Hummus, and a Kombucha Sunrise

Making this Lunch basically consists of throwing random ingredients in a food processor, so here’s what I decided to toss in!

Tu-mento Sandwich

2 slices Ezekial 100% Sprouted Whole Grain Bread

1 5 oz can of Chunk Light Tuna (packed in water)

2 Tbs.Plain 0% Greek Yogurt

a dash of Dash no salt seasoning

dash Chili Powder

season lightly with Sea Salt and Black Pepper

Hummus

One 16 oz can Chick Peas

One overflowing Tbs. of Tahini

Dash of Cumin

Dash of Chili Powder

2 pinches Sea Salt

couple shakes of Black Pepper

(put in bowl, mix with fork)

Kombucha Sunrise

4 oz Sparkling Mineral Water

4 oz Raw Pineapple Juice

3 oz Raspberry Kombucha

(Pour in order listed)

**add carrots/celery to dip and some tasty tortilla chips of your choice AND a tsp. of fish oil when ur drinks low enough to mix and take a quick omega shot!!

This is usually where “nom nom” would be said, but that reminds me of hamsters eating (whatever it is they eat)..creepyy..

P.S Don’t be afraid to dip your tuna sandwich INTO the hummus, revolutionary.
