Pomegranate and Tempeh Salad

Made from leftover sticky rice, sprouted and roasted (sproasted?) chick peas, a defrosted package of flax tempeh, frozen broccoli, nutritional yeast, ACV, lots of chopped romaine, and the arils from a beautiful punica granatum.

Perfect dinner to eat when you’re up past midnight, scheming up genius recipes and striving to be incredibly productive…
