How To Make Vegan Meatloaf Burgers

Active Prep Time: 30 minutes
Passive Cooking Time: 2 hours
Total Time (to spare your calculator): 2.5 hours

Bake the following on a baking sheet for an hour on 300 degrees F, or use your chef’s intuition

1 cup organic baby portobello mushrooms
1 cup organic baby carrots
2 oz organic tofu (sprouted extra firm)
1/2 cup organic black beans (if buying canned, I like Eden brand because they use bpa free can liner)
1/4 cup bac’uns (Frontier)
1 T. Medium hot sauce
1 T. Maple vinegar

After baking, add to food processor and grind until desired/moldable consistency

Form into palm sized patties and place on oiled cooking sheet

To make crust grind the following in a smaller food processor like the magic bullet and layer on top of patties
1/4 cup organic pine nuts
1/4 cup organic almonds
2 pieces Ezekiel toast/ sprouted whole grain or your favorite bread

Slide in the 300 degree F oven and bake for 1 hour
