Eat your heart out with these easy blender recipes, featuring magickal Hawthorn Berries.

3 Everyday Recipes To Support A Healthy Heart

**Hawthorn Berry Decoction: Medicinal element in each recipe
-Use 1:1 ratio of Hawthorn Berries and pure water (-1 cup Hawthorn Berries -1 cup pure water) bring to boil, then simmer on low heat in crock pot for 2-4 hours (the longer, the stronger)
-Using mesh strainer or cheesecloth, strain liquid from berries and store in airtight container for up to 1 week.

Hawthorn Tea

For 1 cup of Hawthorn Tea:

-1 teaspoon of Hawthorn Berry decoction
-1 cup of pure water
Pour one cup of hot water into cup with 1 teaspoon of decoction

Hawthorn Salad Dressing

-8 oz flaxseed oil 
-4 oz Hawthorn decoction**
-4 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
-1 Tablespoon fresh ginger root
-1 clove garlic

Put all ingredients in blender, and blend on high speed until smooth consistency is reached. Store in airtight container for 1 week
Yields 16 oz of dressing

No Bake Chocolate Hawthorn Bites

-1 cup pure cocoa powder
-1.5 cups raw sunflower seeds
-1 cup Hawthorn decoction**
-2 Tablespoons pure flaxseed oil, or extra virgin coconut oil
-1 cup soaked and strained pitted medjool dates
-1 Tablespoons Turmeric powder

First blend Hawthorn decoction, oil, and dates until smooth. 
Then blend cocoa powder and turmeric until incorporated.
Then on medium-high speed slowly add in sunflower seeds into mixture until chunky texture is reached.
Spoon out mixture onto oiled parchment paper into bite size lumps and refrigerate until firm, or eat as spoonable dessert or dessert topper
Yields 35 medium sized Hawthorn bites
